Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026
thedark ("we") provides software that reads public Solana blockchain data and prepares transactions that you may choose to sign with your own wallet. By using thedark you agree to these terms.
Non-custodial service
We never hold your funds or keys. Every transaction is created in your browser and only takes effect if you sign it in your wallet. You are responsible for reviewing what you sign.
Fees
Scanning is free. Recovery transactions include a fee, shown before you sign, that is transferred to our treasury wallet in the same transaction. If a referral link was used, part of that fee goes to the referrer. Network fees are paid to the Solana network, not to us. Pro subscriptions are paid in SOL, are non-refundable, and run for the period shown at purchase.
Irreversible actions
Closing accounts, swapping and burning tokens are permanent. Burning destroys tokens. Token prices and liquidity data come from third parties and may be wrong or out of date; a token we classify as "dead" could later gain value. Only burn what you are sure you don't want.
No advice, no warranty
thedark is provided "as is". Nothing on the site is financial, tax or legal advice. We are not liable for losses from market movements, third-party protocol failures, wallet software, network congestion or your own signing decisions, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attack it, scrape it at volume, or use it in breach of sanctions or law. We may limit or refuse access to protect the service.
